Identifica se a string passada termina com a sentença indicada.

Esta função é multi-byte.

Parameters:

• ‹ string › $haystack
  String original.
• ‹ string › $needle
  Caracteres finais.

Returns:

‹ bool ›
Retornará true se $haystack é uma string que termina com $needle.
